    The organization was growing rapidly both in terms of Numbers and Services.  The team was growing and hence had new joiners across levels and locations.  The key challenge the organization The complexity of their processes and practices which was not sustainable and was leading to a lot of dissatisfaction and confusion within the Leadership Team and the employees.  As a result of which many of them were feeling “Overwhelmed” and “Stuck”.

    SOL Team facilitated a series of Individual and Group discussions with 50+ employees  over a week based on the findings, we co-created a 3 day workshop to focus on simplify the critical people processes and decision making process within the Leadership team and how the Next Layer can be empowered in the growth journey of the organization.

    impact

    The leadership team came together and discussed the elephant in the room which were the complexed people processes. Over the period of 2 months, the team built simple and executable processes that would help them in attracting, retaining and growing the talent to work towards the Organization vision.
